These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Subscriber," or "you") and Belfry and Barn Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the FurFans platform, accessible at furfans.com and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform").
FurFans is an adult entertainment platform featuring fictional characters whose visual, textual, and audio content is generated entirely by artificial intelligence systems. No real human performers are depicted, photographed, recorded, or otherwise involved in the creation of character content on this Platform. All characters portrayed on this Platform are fictional adults.
BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access, register for, or use this Platform. In jurisdictions where the legal age of majority for accessing adult content is twenty-one (21) or older, you must meet that higher age threshold. You represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement for your jurisdiction.
The Platform employs a dual-level age verification process. All users must submit date-of-birth information during registration. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions that mandate enhanced age verification under applicable state or federal law will be required to complete identity verification through a third-party verification provider. The Platform's Age Verification Policy, available at furfans.com/legal/age-verification, describes this process in detail and is incorporated herein by reference.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All character content on FurFans — including images, text, captions, voice audio, chat messages, and any other character-attributed material — is generated using artificial intelligence technologies, including but not limited to diffusion-based image generation models, large language models, and AI voice synthesis systems. No real human beings are depicted, photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise involved as performers in the creation of this content.
All characters appearing on this Platform are entirely fictional. Every character is an original creation with no intentional resemblance to any real person, living or deceased. All characters are adults as established in their canonical biographical information. Any perceived resemblance to real individuals is purely coincidental and unintentional.
This Platform contains sexually explicit material intended exclusively for consenting adults. By using this Platform, you affirmatively acknowledge and represent that:
All AI-generated content is reviewed and curated by human operators before publication. The Company maintains internal content policies that govern the generation, review, and publication of all character content.
To access subscription content, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, creating a password, and completing the applicable age verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
Each individual may maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, sharing account credentials, or transferring your account to another person is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify the Company immediately at furfans@proton.me upon learning of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
FurFans offers character-specific subscription plans at three tiers: Basic, Standard, and VIP. Each character sets its own pricing for each tier. The specific features, content access levels, and pricing for each tier and character are displayed on the respective character's profile page and are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual billing cycle. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same calendar date each month. Annual subscriptions renew on the anniversary of the original subscription date. Prices displayed at the time of subscription or renewal are the prices charged.
ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file. You will receive a reminder notification prior to each renewal. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle.
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. The Company does not directly store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account details on its servers. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the fees associated with your selected subscription tier and any additional purchases. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
No refunds will be issued once content has been accessed. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to subscription content until the end of the paid period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Certain premium content is available for individual purchase on a pay-per-view basis. PPV purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is processed, regardless of whether the content has been viewed.
Users may send voluntary tips to characters. All tips are non-refundable once processed. Tips do not entitle the sender to any specific content, response, or interaction beyond what is described in the applicable tip menu item, if any.
Users may request custom AI-generated content for an additional fee as described on the Platform. Custom content orders are subject to acceptance by the Platform. Orders for custom content that fall outside the Platform's content policy will be declined and any payment refunded. Accepted custom content orders are non-refundable once delivered.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription prices and PPV pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least thirty (30) days' advance notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
If a payment fails, the Company may reattempt the charge up to three (3) times within fourteen (14) days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be suspended and access to gated content will be revoked until payment is resolved.

Violations of this Section 5 may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
All content generated by or on behalf of the Company using artificial intelligence systems — including character images, text, captions, voice audio, character designs, names, bios, and storylines — is the proprietary property of Belfry and Barn Digital LLC to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view content solely for personal, non-commercial use within the Platform.
The legal status of copyright protection for AI-generated visual works is evolving under United States and international law. The Company claims ownership of all AI-generated content to the maximum extent allowed by law, including any copyrightable elements arising from human creative direction, selection, arrangement, and curation. This provision will be updated as applicable law develops.
Users retain ownership of content they upload to the Platform, including profile avatars and original character (OC) reference sheets. By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating the Platform and fulfilling custom content requests. This license terminates upon deletion of the content from the Platform, except as may be required for backup, legal compliance, or dispute resolution purposes.

The Company respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512). The Platform offers simulated direct messaging and chat interactions with AI-generated characters. These interactions are generated by large language models operating within defined character parameters. You acknowledge and agree that:

Attempts to manipulate AI systems into generating prohibited content may result in immediate account termination.
AI characters will not and cannot provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any statements made by AI characters are fictional and generated in character. Users should not rely on AI chat interactions for any real-world decisions.
If a user expresses suicidal ideation, self-harm, or imminent danger in a chat interaction, the AI system will interrupt the conversation to provide crisis resource information, including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. The Company is not a crisis service and does not monitor chat interactions in real time.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Belfry and Barn Digital LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. The Company's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You acknowledge that accessing adult content online involves inherent risks, including but not limited to exposure to material you may find objectionable, unauthorized third-party access to your account, and data breaches affecting third-party service providers. You voluntarily assume these risks.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Belfry and Barn Digital LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact the Company at furfans@proton.me and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, or at a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Company.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access, or data breaches.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must cancel your subscription and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
You may cancel your subscription and deactivate your account at any time through the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Account deactivation may be requested by contacting furfans@proton.me.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Age Verification Policy, DMCA Policy, and AI Content Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the Company's prior written consent. The Company may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, third-party service failures, or cyberattacks.
